All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR); your bank or card converts to your local currency at checkout.

International orders are subject to your local duties and taxes, determined by the customs agency of the destination country—check local rules to avoid surprises. We are not liable for these costs; these fees are due for payment by the customer. If there is
a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.

ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

Many of our pieces are made and strung by hand, so orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 14 business days depending on availability — some pieces need parts to be restrung or reordered before they ship. Courier delivery time is additional to this and varies by destination. During the holiday season, we appreciate your patience awaiting
your orders.

We carefully handle our shipments with major couriers; however, in the unfortunate event of theft or loss to your package, the customer is responsible for resolution directly with the courier associated.
