SHIPPING WITHIN MALAYSIA

Complimentary shipping on all Malaysian orders, both east and west Malaysia.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are subject to your local duties and taxes, determined by the customs agency of the destination country—check local rules to avoid surprises. We are not liable for these costs, these fees are due for payment by the customer. If there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.

ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 14 business days depending on the piece availability and shipment procedures. During the holiday season, we appreciate your patience awaiting your orders.

We carefully handle our shipments with major couriers, however in the unfortunate event of theft or loss to your package, the customer is responsible for resolution in these individual matters direct with the courier associated.
