RETURNS

All sales at Pryte are final, reflecting our commitment to your confident choices. If you have questions about a piece before purchasing, please contact hello@pryteglobal.com. We’re here to assist and provide clarity every step of the way.

 

REPAIRS

We offer free repairs for any manufacturing fault within 6 months from the purchase date, with proof of purchase required.

Manufacturing faults do not include:

  • Chipped, cracked or broken pearls or stones.
  • Broken chains.
  • General wear and tear.
  • Plating that has worn off.

For these or items beyond the 6-month period, we’ll assess the damage and provide a cost estimate before proceeding.


EXCHANGE FOR SIZE

For full-priced items, you may exchange for a different size within 10 days of purchase (15 days for international orders). Customers are responsible for shipping and re-shipping costs, as well as any additional cost for higher-value items.

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability and limited to equal or greater value—no exchanges on sale items, so we recommend careful selection.
